These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UniMeridian Education Hub website and our MBBS admissions counselling services. By using our site or applying through us, you agree to these Terms.

What we do

UniMeridian is an authorised counsellor for the Egyptian government universities it represents. We help you prepare and submit your application, and we guide you through visa and pre-departure steps. We are not the university, and we are not a government body.

Admission is not guaranteed

Admission is decided by the university based on your 12th-grade marks and document verification. UniMeridian does not control and does not guarantee admission, the issue of a visa, or any specific fee, scholarship, or timeline.

Your responsibilities

When you use our services you agree to:

• Give accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Provide genuine documents and certificates.
• Respond to reasonable requests so we can progress your application.

Fees and payments

This website does not collect any payment. University tuition is paid directly to the university, normally in semester instalments. Any counselling charges, where they apply, are agreed with you separately before you commit.

Third-party services

Your admission, visa, and travel also depend on universities, government departments, and embassies that have their own rules and processes. We are not responsible for the decisions, content, or services of these third parties.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this website belong to UniMeridian Education Hub. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniMeridian is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where UniMeridian Education Hub operates, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
